Vendor wants assist! Auto-Finalize

Hello,

I’m a fairly new swiss Vendor referred to as "ChronicTea" on dream. My downside is: many costumers don’t finalize by their very own and there’s no countdown for Auto-Finalize. I've learn that I’ve to ask the help to activate AF. I did. No response. Also there was no response for a query which was 30 days in the past…

Any thought methods to attain the help to activate AF?
