So I ordered a ipvanish acc off a vendor and have but to obtain something about it. I see he has accepted the order however hasn’t despatched me something. I attempted messaging him twice already and no response. So I used to be questioning if I ought to go forward and open a dispute on him or give him an additional day to see if he delivers.
