Placed an order virtually 2 weeks in the past with FedEx Overnight. 1 week passes, no bundle, solely to get response from vendor to say I can wait or he'll give refund. I mentioned I’d wait solely on the situation of it going out inside 24 hours with further product to make up for the $150 Overnight failure. If that's not an choice I instructed to situation a full refund instantly. No response. Opened dispute 2 days in the past with full particulars of the scenario which might clearly be seen/confirmed by our comms. No response from website admins.
