So i disputed an order (escrow), price 150euros or so after it not arriving for almost 20 days from NL -> UK.
He mentioned he'd refund 25%, after I mentioned i'm unsure if he despatched and I needed a full refund. He known as me a scamming cunt and mentioned everybody makes use of the excuse of it by no means being despatched.
What do I even say to this? It's my first time with a dispute; do I simply look forward to an admin to hitch?
