Verifying Dream Market Mirror

Hi Guys, a bit confused right here as regards to verification of dream mirrors.

i first added /pgp.txt to the dream-market mirror hyperlink, then copied the textual content and in kleopatra imported the general public key.

subsequent when i attempt to entry any mirror, i click on the inexperienced verified icon, copy the textual content and when i decrypt in kleopatra by means of the clipboard i get the next message

when i click on on 'present particulars' the next is proven beneath:

what precisely does this imply? that the hyperlink is unverified? am i doing one thing incorrect? have checked a number of of the guides however cant determine this out.
