Two of my orders had been marked shipped over per week in the past, however now they had been ‘rejected’ and I bought my funds again. Whats occurring right here?

About per week in the past I placed two orders. A day after I placed the order each orders had been marked shipped. I then, pondering that the 'month' it was shipped truly the 'day' it was shipped, opened up two disuptes. (I assumed it had been over four weeks whereas in actuality it had solely been a little bit over per week). Stupid I do know. But I rapidly acknowledged my error and apologized and stated I’d finish the dispute as quickly as I recieved my order.

Then a day later I’ve two notfications that the orders had been rejected and I bought my funds again, regardless of them each having been marked shipped greater than per week in the past.

Anyone know whats occurring right here? Some glitch? Or did I find yourself simply getting these items at no cost?

Appreciate the recommendation.
