I purchased from a vendor final week, promised supply inside 1 week, however nothing arrives.
Today i discovered he’s banned for selective scamming. I didn't finalize and now my funds are in escrow. I opened up a dispute. I’ve two questions.
How lengthy will it take for mods to examine my dispute? What will occur to the funds in escrow though the seller is banned?
