I ordered some xtc from a trusted vendor on friday and he asjed to finalize early as a result of im from an asian nation. So I finalized it yesterday and inforemed vendor. Didn't get any reply but and now monday night. Im bit confused. Do I put a dispute or wait? If I place a dispute can I get a refund? How lengthy will it take? Or some other factor to do with that?
