New vendor rip-off? Did i simply get bought on an escrow order

Ok so, Pm vendor and requested if they’d inventory of what I needed. They mentioned sure. Ordered the subsequent day and order was marked shipped and acquired a pm from vendor saying anticipate the order tomorrow(categorical home). Well right this moment after I informed them nothing got here they mentioned they fucked up and marked it shipped earlier than they realized they didn't have any inventory left. So they disputed the order and requested the mod to refund my cash(respectable I do know). If everybody is aware of the mods aren’t answering disputed am I simply,fucked? Why can't he simply cancel and refund himself? Can a vendor chime in for me and clarify why? I guess he gonna come again and,say if I launch the funds hell get them again to me sooner. I dunno however now in going to go through withdraw as a result of this jackass fucked me over
