[Vendor Inquiry] TrueOvernight – Ordered Express, now 7 days later and no pack

Hey there – questioning if anybody ordered not too long ago earlier than TrueOvernight went on trip. He stated in profile that his final transport day was this previous monday. So I ordered Saturday prior with specific transport ($30). He marked shipped as monday so I believed all was good to go. USPS Express is assured 1-2 days.

So wednesday comes and no pack. I figured with the horrible climate the final 2 weeks within the northeast, possibly I might give it one other 2 days simply in case. Its now 7 days later and nonetheless no pack.

Anyone else order and get their packs not too long ago? Or anybody else use USPS specific in previous and it took this lengthy?
