reported vendor – am i more likely to get a refund?

It is a protracted story that I wont go in to. But have at all times handled a vendor thats been nice till my most up-to-date order (Order despatched, not arrived, re-ship despatched, not arrived)

I requested for the re-ship to be despatched tracked and that i’d pay for it to guard myself and him, however was completley ignored. (As good as this vendor is, he can’t talk to avoid wasting his life)

I used to be truly discussing the state of affairs with one other vendor that has at all times been nice, although ive solely ever ordered a pattern hes been a whole bro and had an honest convo with me.. He is sending me zero.5 grams of hash to smoke at no cost, so I can truly get excessive in whats left of my week off work!! – Well I do know who has obtained my enterprise sooner or later

EDIT: I wager 100% that the hash will get posted via my door tomorrow morning
